With so many different roles, we combine a wealth of identity, knowledge and expertise. So we know what we’re talking about! At HBC, we keep ourselves ‘in the loop’ through monthly lunch meetings, celebrating our successes at staff meetings, interacting with interpreters and translators on open days.
